Happy Birthday

Happy birthday to my Dad!

We went to Bonefish to celebrate (even though I felt like I had been hit by a train...dosed up on Advil...thanks flu).

While there, Jackson got to try a big boy booster seat for the first time.

He did great. And the meal was delicious. (I got a little snap happy while we were waiting on the food to be served).

After, we went back to the house for pumpkin torte (Dad doesn't like cake) and presents. Jackson picked out a pair of Broby houseshoes for Dad.

You're welcome.

I Smile

Because they make me smile.

Philharmonic Fairytales

This past week I have had the priviledge to present the first half of EPO's Lollipop Concerts with 11 musicians, 2 dancers and Maestro Savia. The concerts were "informances" geared towards ages 3, 4, and 5. I wrote, narrated, hired, booked, publicized...you name it, I did it. There were six shows and entertained in access of 1200 children and 180 adults. I felt proud and blessed to work with such talented people in producing an art educational event for the community.

Here are some pics from the rehearsal:

And the cast of characters:

I am now sufficiently worn out and ready for a week off to recharge the batteries.
