I Get A Kick Out Of You

AH! I just saw on my ticker it said I have 75 days! It is going quickly!
I wanted to take a picture of my bare belly so you could see my belly button that is poking out, but the picture doesn't really show it too well. It is weird...very smooth...nothing at all like I thought the inside of my belly button would be like.
All is good here. Finally had a good checkup with a sane doctor at the hospital in the right part. The baby is right on target with the growing, is a strong kicker, has a strong heartbeat and is head down. The doctor doesn't think he will be somersaulting anymore so head down it is. The baby's back is on my right hand side which is why my belly constantly has a slope! Unfortunately though, the little bugger is sitting right on the nerve that carries blood back to my heart and brain so I get short of breath and feel faint easily. When that happens I have to lie on my left hand side. It immediately goes away, but it is a pain when I am in the middle of something...like grocery shopping...or teaching...or driving!
I'm still suffering from horrible indigestion...Tums are my new best friend though the relief doesn't last for long. I am in the stage now where I am outgrowing some of my earlier maternity clothes! ARGH! And I have only gained 11 kilos. It is all in the tummy though. As you can see, he is sitting right in the front. And pregnancy hormones have returned with a vengeance. Beware to anyone I might come into contact with in the near future: I am either cranky or weepy. It's not you.
I think that is all for this week. Next week we are officially 75% of the way there. YAY US!
